Commodore International Ltd reckons that its new 25MHz 80386-based PC60-III is just about the cheapest full 80386 AT-alike on the market: the slim tower machine has seven 16-bit and two 32-bit slots and is $7,125 with 2Mb, colour VGA monitor and 5.25 and 3.5 floppy drives – UKP4,070 in the UK; with 80Mb 19mS access disk, it costs $8,046, UKP5,500 here; and is $9,642, UKP5,500 here, with 17mS access 200Mb disk.
