Comdisco Inc, the Rosemont, Illinois-based technology services company, has acquired most of the surplus equipment inventory of Integrated Solutions International, the used equipment management division of Austin, Texas-based Integrated Solutions Inc, on undisclosed terms. ISI’s international division specialized in supplying re-conditioned equipment, but their parent company now wants to get back to concentrating on its core custom lithography business. Comdisco has revenues of some $2.8bn.
