COMDISCO BUYS ISTEL OUT OF FAILSAFE ROC JOINT VENTURE

Comdisco Inc’s Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services Inc unit will buy AT&T Co’s AT&T/Istel Ltd out of their Failsafe ROC Ltd UK disaster recovery joint venture, as envisaged under the 1989 agreement which established the joint venture. It has a Manchester centre with an IBM 3081K and an ES/9021 Model 720 in London. Terms were not disclosed.
