Sunnyvale, California-headquartered Combinet Inc has announced the Everyware Soho – small office-home office – On-Demand Bridge. The company claims that the product provides bridging functionality via ISDN Basic Rate Interface telephone services at transmission speeds of up to 128Kbps (higher with compression) and can support up to four computer devices concurrently. Combinet says that it is compatible with any Ethernet-based local network and operates with personal computers, Macintoshes, workstations and X Window terminals. It is available now for $1,190.
