Cisco Gold Certified Partners have achieved the highest level in the most respected channel certification program in the networking industry. Comark is one of only four Midwest-based IT solutions providers to receive Gold Partnership status.
Comark will work closely with Cisco to provide expertise in virtually every area of Cisco’s business, including sales, support, network design, network management and global networking. As a Gold Certified Partner, Comark is regarded as an extension of Cisco’s support team. This role entails complex network design and implementation, product testing facilities, remote diagnostics and on-site troubleshooting. Gold Partners are required to meet specific expert staffing criteria, provide 24 x 7 customer support, provide demos in their on-site lab and have a direct support contract. Comark has on staff six Cisco Certified Internetworking Experts (CCIEs), surpassing Cisco’s minimum requirement by 50%. This concentration of talent is noteworthy in that there are fewer than 5,000 CCIEs in the world. Comark has successfully recruited CCIEs from five different countries.
Since Comark completed the program requirements, it has received a wealth of Cisco sales and marketing information, tools, and support. Coupled with this, Comark steps forward with a full range of IT services for comprehensive life cycle management solutions to help businesses run more smoothly and perform more efficiently.
Comark and the Cisco account management team will continue working to develop and enhance their mutual capabilities in supporting customers.
