CLF Yeoman Plc is to sell CLF Holdings back to its former chairman, Tony Barnes for a nominal sum: it is also suing its advisors on the original deal, bankers S G Warburg and solicitors Linklater & Payne for UKP67m damages, which it reckons is the difference between the UKP93m it paid for CLF and what it now reckons that it was actually worth.
