Clarification: it is South African connections rather than Allied Electronics Corp Pty Ltd as such that holds about half the equity of Telemetrix Plc (CI No 2,473); Altron directly owns only Altron owns 6% but Dr W P Venter and related family trusts holds 41.5% of Telemetrix, Dr Venter, via various overseas trusts, also controls Altron.
