A conference of representatives of all the ministries of communication in the CIS was held in Moscow at the exhibition Expocom in the last week of May: speaking at a press conference, Mr Aleshin, deputy minister of communication, said the Russian government relies heavily on foreign assistance in solving communication problems in this country.
