Cirrus Logic Inc sold the cellular digital packet data and Personal Handyphone basestation equipment business of Pacific Communication Sciences Inc, San Diego to ADC Telecommunications Inc for about $23m cash, and its Wireless Semiconductor Products arm to Rockwell International Corp for $18.1m.
