Ciber has reported total revenues of $266m for the third quarter of 2010, an increase of 4% compared to $256.4m for the same period last year.
Revenue from consulting services increased to $255m, up from $245m, while other revenue decreased to $11m from $11.2m in the third quarter of 2010.
For the third quarter ended 30 September 2010, Ciber posted an operating income of $7.1m, compared to operating income of $7.03m for the same period last year.
The company’s net income decreased to $3.4m, or $0.05 per share, compared to net income of $4m, or $0.05 per share in the year ago quarter.
CIBER president and CEO Dave Peterschmidt said the company has started the development of a strategic plan and the implementation of operational regimens that will help them deliver improved, predictable and sustained performance in 2011 and beyond.
Ciber expects revenue for the fiscal 2010 to reach $1.06bn and EPS to be $0.20.
