Using Judicial Data Exchange (JDX), Cherokee County and participating courts and law enforcement partners will save labor costs and bring to real-time the speed with which they exchange information, a dramatic increase from their previous system. Previously manual, duplicative processes for entering data for traffic tickets, indictments, warrants, incident reports, court calendar items and other entries will be streamlined and duplicate processes eliminated.
Patty Baker, Cherokee County Clerk of Courts, said: After careful evaluation, we determined Metatomix clearly offered the best combination of cost-effective technology and the ability of the solution to meet our needs.
Without losing control of sensitive case information, disrupting our proven County processes or wasting the investment in our current case management systems, Metatomix uniquely allows us to focus on eliminating the specific bottlenecks to our judicial and law enforcement processes. Any Criminal Justice Information Services project should consider Metatomix as a fresh new option for their projects.
