CGEE ALSTOM SA TO BUY 51% OF INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS DIVISION OF ACEC SA

The CGEE Alsthom SA subsidiary of Compagnie Generale d’Electricite SA is to buy 51% of the industrial controls division of Societe Generale de Belgique SA’s Acec SA subsidiary on undisclosed terms: the division is a $39m a year business.
