Cap Gemini Sogeti SA and World Software Group, majority shareholder in Volmac Software Groep NV are merging their Benelux operations: they are forming a new company in which they will combine their stakes in Volmac with the equity of Cap Gemini Pandata and Cap Gemini Belgium: the new company will bring together 4,000 employees in Benelux and annual turnover of $500m; Cap Gemini will be the majority holder.
