Cambridge Technology Partners Inc, which now describes itself as an international client-server and Internet systems integrator, is to acquire Ramos & Associates Inc, San Ramon, California strategic information systems consultancy specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning. Cambridge will pay 1.175 million shares, valuing the target at nearly $39m.
