Guildford, Surrey-based International CableTel Inc has completed its previously-announced acquisition of National Transcommunications Ltd, the UK broadcast and communications services business that was formerly the transmitters arm of the UK Independent Television Commission. CableTel paid 200m British pounds in cash at completion to acquire it debt-free.
