Bull HN Information Systems Inc, Billerica, Massachusetts has handed responsibility for its US Customer Services repair depot in Lawrence, Massachusetts over to Anaheim, California-based Cerplex Group Inc, a provider of electronic repair services, which becomes the sole depot repair US Customer Services provider for the French state company; it will lease Bull’s equipment, buy existing parts inventory and employ most of the centre’s current staff.
