The deal is the latest in a string of purchases by the UK telecoms giant, following recent moves for UK-based Basilica Computing, CS Communication & Systemes’s infrastructure services division, Comsat International, and India’s i2i Enterprise.

Brussels-based INS employs approximately 225 staff and reported sales in 2006 of 27.9m euros ($38.7m). The company provides corporate communication services including network infrastructure design and implementation, and collaboration platform management.
