Logica will build and support the multi-product operational support system (MOSS) which will allow BT Ignite Content Hosting to manage, sell and provision a variety of content hosting services to their customer base via BT Ignite Content Hosting’s extensive network of internet data centres across Europe.
The solution being developed by Logica will use 30 different software packages to produce a system that will support sales and ordering, network and inventory management, fault management and customer self care.
