British Telecommunications Plc will end up with just under 2% of the enlarged AT&T Co following proposed the share exchange acquisition of McCaw Cellular Communications Inc, but it says it intends to sell the AT&T shares as soon as it is free to do so but that is not likely to be before this time next year.
