If the company remains true to its software form, we’ll be seeing the September issue next February, but chronic vapourware purveyer Borland International Inc is bravely entering the highly perishable business of publishing with Turbo Technix, a monthly magazine to provide technical information to the 1m or so users of Borland programming language tools for MS-DOS machines and the Macintosh; the company hopes to get the first issue out in September.
