Borland International Inc, Scotts Valley, California, has sold the rights to its Turbo Basic language back to the developer, Robert Zale, for an undisclosed sum, Newsbytes reports: Spectra Publishing Inc wiull handle the new version of Turbo Basic from next month under the name PowerBasic: the product has so far sold more than 100,000 copies, but Borland wants to devote more energies to its business products, including the new Quattro, rather than to programming tools.
