BICC Plc says that it now hopes to float its Andover Controls subsidiary in the US next year: as reported, it pulled a planned initial public offering of Andover shares last month; Andover Controls is continuing to perform well and our intention is to look again at the possibility of a flotation next year, BICC chairman Sir RobinBiggam told Reuter in an interview.
