Under the terms of the agreement, BearingPoint will implement IT company GlobeNet Technologies’ Firestorm Compensation program to support agency administration, agency business planning and incentive compensation management functions at Fireman’s Fund.
The companies hope the new agency management system will provide the insurer with more comprehensive, real time agent data enabling the company to better manage its independent agency network, conduct the business planning on both agent and enterprise levels and automate agency compensation process.
Fireman’s Fund is a property and casualty insurance company providing personal, commercial, marine, excess and surplus lines and agribusiness insurance products nationwide.
