Bay Networks Inc is preparing a new product line called Access Communications Node (ACN) it hopes will win over telecoms carriers looking to migrate networks from X.25 networks to other protocols including IP, Frame Relay and ATM protocols. According to Bay the new line will use technology developed by Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based ECI Telematics International Inc.
