Aurum Software Inc, Santa Clara, California, has announced the Aurum Customer Resource Planning system, a suite of client-server Unix applications which support all major databases and graphical user interfaces: the four are TeleTrak, a telemarketing package; SalesTrak for field sales; SupportTrak, for customer support; and QualityTrak, for quality management prices range from $10,000 to $200,000.
