AT&T Co’s AT&T Network Systems BV in Huizen, Netherlands has formed a joint venture with local telephone equipment manufacturer Dainya Sviaz to market transmission equipment in Russia: the venture is called AT&T St Petersburg, and AT&T has 68%.
