Worried users taking cheer from the report in last Friday’s Financial Times that they may be able to argue claims against Atlantic Computers, and avoid paying head lessors full lease payments, had best check it out with their solicitors: if Atlantic Computers has not agreed to assume responsibility, or if the head lessor hasn’t agreed to look to Atlantic for payments, it’s far from certain that unfortunate users will get off scot-free.
