Apple Computer Inc’s experimental Pink operating system, currently under development and on the negotiating table with IBM Corp, is supposedly meant to run MS-DOS, OS/2 and Mac programs: nary a whisper about Unix, but then don’t you suppose that the underlying kernel will be derived from Unix anyway?
