Apple Computer Inc has a new Educator Advantage Group Purchase Programme in the US that will allow schools to pass on volume purchase discounts and free training to individual teachers who want their own computer to do school-related work at home: a minimum group order of 50 computers is required for the discount, with two different pricing levels, one for 50 to 249 computers, another for 250 or more.
