Apple Computer Inc has confirmed that its agreement with Wallaby laptop Mac builder Outbound Systems Inc simply licenses the key Mac operating system ROMs to make the machines legitimate (CI No 1,479): the pact will presumably generate a big boost for Outbound’s business.
