America Online Inc has been ranked as the worst – as well as the world’s biggest – online service provider, with the worst support and the most spam junk mail, according to a new survey in the January 1998 edition of PC World magazine. IBM Corp made number one on the list, and Concentric Network Corp made number two. AOL was 12th and bottom.
