And Computer Associates International Inc has won $500,000 of the price in court, after a ruling that Altai Inc infringed its copyright in the CA-Scheduler program: the court, however, also ruled that, on a legal technicality, Computer Associates could not maintain a claim for trade secret misappropriation – it says it plans to appeal.
