Amstrad Plc director Malcolm Miller, in charge of consumer electronics worldwide, has resigned to become chief executive of the Sega Europe arm of Sega Enterprises Ltd: Bordan Tkachuk, who was director of Amstrad’s Australian subsidiary and responsible for the company’s Far East sales operations, will be taking over Miller’s responsibilities.
