Adobe Systems Inc, Mountain View, California completed the previously announced acquisition of neighbour Emerald City Software on undisclosed terms: Emerald develops and publishes PostScript language typographic products and development tools, among them the TypeAlign type styling program, the Smart Art collection of four volumes of PostScript typographic and graphic effects, and the Displaytalk, NeXT, Lasertalk Mac and Lasertalk PC PostScript development products.
