Adobe Systems has introduced Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite 3 (ES3), a software suite that helps organisations and government agencies extend the value of existing business systems to streamline internal processes, manage correspondence, and strengthen information and document security.

New capabilities in LiveCycle ES3 include enhanced data services for building enterprise and mobile applications, improved correspondence management capabilities and streamlined content management connectors for integration with Microsoft SharePoint and IBM FileNet.

The software suite incorporates the LiveCycle Data Services ES3 module (4.6.1), an optimized Java server framework.

It enables enterprises and agencies to speed up the development of enterprise applications with real-time or near real-time data, audio and video interaction.

LiveCycle ES3 correspondence management services streamline customer and constituent correspondence from creation to archiving.

LiveAdobe Reader 10.1 for iOS and Android now incorporates support for accessing files secured by Adobe LiveCycle Rights Management ES3.

Updates to LiveCycle connectors include support for FileNet 5 and enhanced SharePoint server farm deployment.

The enterprise suite builds on the existing components of LiveCycle ES, including process and rights management modules, PDF generation, forms and output modules, digital signatures and Workbench and Designer tools.
