Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority or ABCWUA has implemented UC4 Workload Automation Suite to automate business processes. Using UC4 Software, ABCWUA is expected to deliver low-cost, secure, scalable and speedy customer processing.
UC4 Workload Automation Suite works with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) by automating many of the common manual handoffs that occur throughout billing and financial processes. CC&B jobs and job streams can be imported into UC4’s Workload Automation Suite, and once imported, modified to meet the needs of an organization.
UC4 Software said that the processes become visible and auditable to maintain through UC4 and the business process is accelerated. UC4 integrates with Oracle CC&B version 2.2 and can adapt to its new lightweight batch submission scripts and technology.
