Sydney, Australia-based AAP Telecommunications has bought back the 24.5% stake in itself held by MCI Communications Corp: financial terms were not disclosed; AAP Telecommunications is a long-distance telephone services operator in Australia and the purchase leaves AAP Information Services, Australia’s national news and information group, and Todd Corp, of New Zealand, as the only two shareholders.
