TMS, an arm of National Interest Security (NISC), provides analytical, management, and technical services primarily to the US government. TMS uses IT to provide integrated systems to meet client needs. Its clients include US Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor, Health & Human Services, Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Department of Agriculture and Department of Interior.

The present contract is to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) in business operations and planning. NPPD has two responsibilities – Infrastructure Protection (IP) and Cyber Security and Communications (CS&C).

IP identifies threats, consequences, and vulnerabilities, as well as mitigation strategies, for the nation’s critical infrastructure physical or virtual assets in areas such as energy, agriculture, and industries whose damage or destruction would have serious national consequences.

Keller Staley, president of Technology & Management Services, said: Technology & Management Services is pleased to have been selected to provide support to this critical mission. We will dedicate all resources necessary to assist NPPD in reaching their goals and sustaining the trend toward greater efficiency and responsiveness.
