Ricoh Americas has formed a strategic partnership with Kodak’s Print On-Demand Solutions Group to develop a new CREO Color Server for its Production Printing Business Group’s (PPBG) PRO C900 color production system.
The companies claim that powered by CREO Color Server technology, the improved Color Controller C-80 provides users enhanced output options ensuring the creation of professional documents.
The companies said that with the introduction of Color Controller C-80, Ricoh print production customers can choose CREO Color Server Technology for workflows with open connectivity using JDF standards.

Ricoh users will be able to connect the power of CREO colour servers through the Color Controller C-80. The companies claims that the new technology gives Ricoh customers the ability to process colour jobs at high speeds. Its built-in VDP capabilities enable customers to profit from the VDP market.
