Integrated Media Management (IMM) said that TotaleAtlas is a document preparation engine that merges XML data with PDF documents, provides fill from screen capabilities and captures signatures electronically. A secure non-editable PDF is created for archiving with the signature embedded in the PDF.
IMM added that the integration with SteamLend Velocity is expected to provide common clients with the ability to experience the cost savings, time reductions and elimination of manual data entry that the implementation of TotaleAtlas provides.
David Van Pelt, senior director of software development for Open Solutions’s IA Systems, said: StreamLend Velocity’s powerful loan origination solution seamlessly integrated with IMM’s document management solution provides financial institutions best-in-class features to deliver loan products and services efficiently and accurately. The technology creates a competitive advantage for institutions looking to enhance the borrower’s experience while reducing the cost of delivering that experience.
Chuck Klein, CEO of IMM, said: In order to remain viable in today’s market, financial institutions must embrace technology to increase efficiency, reduce costs and provide their customers and members with the service and convenience they demand. The combination of our product integrated with IA Systems, a leader in its field, achieves those goals for our clients and their customers and members.
