BackOffice Associates, a provider of ERP data migration, data governance and master data management offerings for SAP, Oracle and other ERP vendors, has acquired California-based HiT Software, a provider of heterogeneous data integration and change data capture (CDC) software products.
BackOffice said that the acquisition will enable it to gain a suite of CDC and data access products to integrate with its master data management, data migration and data governance offerings. HiT Software adds BackOffice Associates’ platform CranSoft, along with industry changing utilities and technologies to enhance the capabilities of their product line.
HiT Software will continue to provide change data capture software and all HiT customers will continue to be supported by their existing customer and support team.
