According to Metastorm, Agensi Kaunseling Dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) selected Datamation to deploy an enterprise-wide application to improve the processes that run the daily operations of its counseling and debt management services. Datamation developed AKPK’s credit counseling & debt management system (CCDMS) based on best of breed technologies, including Metastorm business process management (BPM), to centralize, consolidate and automate all of the company’s business processes.
Encik Mohamed Akwal Sultan, CEO of AKPK said, The best of breed technologies involved in this project, namely ReadSoft, Metastorm and Computhink ViewWise, had all the functionalities required and met the company’s compatibility requirements, offering an open architecture service with minimal IT resources. We wanted to integrate a service with proven results, and Datamation offered the approach we were seeking – providing us with what we wanted to work with as our operation grew.
