Ricoh UK, a provider of office solutions, managed document services and production printing, said its chief operating officer Philip Keoghan has assumed the role of the company’s chief executive officer.
Keoghan replaces David Mills, who now serves as executive vice president of operations, Ricoh Europe.
Keoghan said this is an incredibly exciting and challenging time to be taking over the leadership of Ricoh UK as the company enters a new financial year.
"I am fully committed to ensuring that our customers continue to see us as a trusted partner delivering strong business value and I look forward to developing new growth opportunities including IT Services," he added.
Congratulating Keoghan on his career development at the company, Mills thanked him for all his support as COO over the past 18 months, particularly the crucial role he played in the successful integration of the three UK businesses of IKON, Infotec and Ricoh to form one strong UK business entity.
Prior to Ricoh UK, Philip was UK president for IKON Office Solutions UK plc giving him extensive industry knowledge with leadership roles across the fields of service, sales and general management.
Ricoh designs, develops and manufactures a complete range of print and document management, hardware, software and services which are tailored to meet individual customer needs.
