Regions hopes that the platform will enable it to meet its customers’ online banking needs by offering advanced online money management capabilities, extensive self-service banking features and customized product packages.
In addition, Regions has selected S1 Business Banking as its single online banking application for small to mid-sized businesses.
S1 Personal Banking delivers customer access to account activity, online statements, bill payment, transaction details and check services. It also offers a bank administration tool, S1 Application Manager, which attempts to deliver enhanced product packaging and segmentation capabilities through its class-of-service feature.
S1 Personal Banking was deployed through S1’s joint partner relationship with IBM, which markets S1 Enterprise software and collaborates on their integration with IBM middleware and hardware for financial services providers worldwide.
