Sabio Thin Client CTI is an entry-level desktop telephony software delivered across the network that provides contact center agents with computer telephony integration (CTI) functionality on their desktop PCs.
Sabio Thin Client CTI features caller information screen-pops, full call transfer capabilities and call outcome coding, and has been designed to be particularly easy for agents to use and for centralized, low-cost deployment across the network, said Sabio.
The new Sabio system reportedly enables organizations to access powerful CTI capabilities at a fraction of the cost of major specialized enterprise CTI resources. It integrates with Avaya telephony platforms, and provides an ideal opportunity for organizations looking to use CTI within their customer service business but who are reluctant to take on board the customization and costs associated with more expensive approaches, added Sabio.
