The Nice solution, with a unique Russian interface, will be used to enhance the service provided to VimpelCom’s customers across Russia as well as Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Armenia, said Nice Systems.

Nice said that it will enable VimpelCom’s contact center supervisors to evaluate and improve the quality of service provided to customers calling about VimpelCom’s range of wireless, fixed, broadband voice and data services. VimpelCom provides telecommunications services under the brand name Beeline.
