PhoneFusion, a provider of user defined communications products, has entered into partnership with Ditech Networks, a provider of voice processing offerings, to improve its voicemail and messaging applications offered to individuals and businesses.
PhoneFusion is now using Ditech’s PhoneTag platform for automated voice-to-text transcription services as part of the PhoneFusion voicemail experience.
PhoneFusion delivers a portfolio of communications offerings that enable users to craft the suite of services they need for their professional and social lives.
PhoneFusion president and CEO Michael Self said they were very impressed with the PhoneTag Auto transcription accuracy, and they also liked the broader PhoneTag offering which includes PhoneTag Hybrid and PhoneTag Live.
