Options Media Group, an email service provider and digital marketing services company, has developed a new customisable email communication product developed for sales force prospecting, national or regional corporate marketing and advertising agency client service.
By utilising the company’s existing ESP (Email Service Provider) platform and augmenting it with new capabilities, the company developed a product that unlocks new channels that were previously not serviced. The new ESP product allows corporations, agencies, franchises or regional headquarter offices to utilise its existing ESP platform to create accounts for their individual representatives, locations, franchisees or clients, the company said.
The system was designed to enable sales forces up-selling and cross selling their products; for companies to use in regional, seasonal or other customised client messaging; and for agencies to use as a value-added service (VAS) for various clients.
Scott Frohman, CEO of Options Media Group, said: In essence our business strategy of serving large volume mailers through our ESP platform has not changed. What we have done is develop a proprietary method of customising our existing technology in a manner that makes it available to a large number of smaller mailers who will be able to engage in mass communication under their parent account holding corporation, headquarter office or agency.
Similar in nature to Constant Contact, Exact Target and Cheetah Mail systems, the new ESP Email Communication product reportedlyallows the Options Media to introduce its services to large corporations that base their earnings on the productivity of both national and regional sales forces.
