Telecom management cloud services vendor Ezwim has acquired Simmplus, a privately-held company based in Amsterdam and a provider of telecom lifecycle management (BPO) services. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ezwin said that the acquisition with strengthen its capabilities in supporting global companies with business process outsourcing and business intelligence offerings to manage their telecommunications.
Simmplus offers its clients a telecom lifecycle management service that includes consulting services as well as a well defined portfolio of managed services. All services are geared towards improving enterprise telecom management, optimising end user service experience as well as lowering operational cost by automating processes and introducing self service.
Under the agreement, Ezwim will integrate Simmplus within its telecom management products, over the next several months.
