Under the terms of the agreement, CapRock will supply the construction vessels located in the Bay of Campeche, Mexico, with IP-based voice and data services, enabling onboard personnel to transmit daily reports and communicate with the corporate office as needed.
Additionally, Condux will leverage CapRock’s Out of Band Management tool, which enables remote diagnostics as a first attempt for service restoration in the event of an outage. CapRock’s Mexico office will provide field support with local field engineers and locally warehoused spare parts.
